Pure Design Architects was commissioned in 2018 to design Teak Village as the first phase of the greater Teak Place Estate, establishing the architectural standard for the development. Teak Village forms a dense, compact cluster of 14 stands located near the estate’s restaurant, gym, and pool. The design follows a unified contemporary language with an urban spatial feel set within a rural environment.
